Kaohsiung, Dec. 26 (CNA) Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.'s (TSMC) investment in Kaohsiung has played a key role in driving the city's urban development, according to Kaohsiung Mayor Chen Chi-mai (陳其邁).
