Taiwan shares end higher on thin turnover

Taipei, Sept. 13 (CNA) Shares in Taiwan closed moderately higher Friday as turnover remained thin ahead of a policymaking meeting scheduled by the U.S. Federal Reserve for next week, dealers said.
