Most of Paris metro inaccessible to disabled users, transport chief admits ahead of Paralympics

There is one day to go before the 2024 Paralympics get underway in Paris, but its public transport network is almost impossible for disabled people to use, regional transport chief Valérie Pécresse said on Monday. Only a quarter of all rail services
