Police evidence described as 'victim-blaming' at coronial inquest into killing of baby at Whispering Wall

South Australia's deputy coroner has described police evidence at an inquest into the death of a baby killed by her father at a reservoir as "capable of being read as victim-blaming", but the lawyer representing police has rejected that claim, saying
