Bureau of Meteorology forecasts 'pretty typical' cyclone season, higher ocean temperatures to lead to more destructive conditions

The bureau is predicting this year’s cyclone season will be about average, but high ocean temperatures, responsible for giving cyclones their destructive energy, might mean they’re stronger than usual.
