NEW YORK -- 1440 Foods (“1440”), a leading portfolio of sports and active nutrition brands, today announced the acquisition of FITCRUNCH, a protein bar brand, from celebrity chef Robert Irvine, Union Capital Associates, L.P. and its founders.
