(Nasdaq: BIIB) – today presented complete results from the Phase 2 IGNAZ study evaluating felzartamab, an investigational anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody, in people living with IgA nephropathy (IgAN). The results showed substantial reductions in proteinuria, stabilization of kidney function, and sustained treatment effect more than 18 months after the last dose of felzartamab.
