Kevin Ma has been appointed as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) effective immediately, replacing David Cross, who served as the Company’s CFO since 2020. Mr. Cross and his firm, Cross Davis & Company, will continue to assist with accounting and financial reporting for the Company during a transition period.
