$38 million facility at Exshaw plant will replace up to 50% of natural gas with low-carbon fuels, primarily wood-based construction demolition waste Expected to divert 120,000 tonnes of CDW from landfills and cut CO2 emissions by up to 30,000 tonnes
CALGARY, Alberta -- Lafarge Canada Inc., a member of Holcim Group, has officially commissioned its state-of-the-art Low-Carbon1 Fuel (LCF) facility at its Exshaw cement plant in collaboration with Geocycle Canada.
