GreenFirst Announces Final Order Granted by Ontario Superior Court of Justice to Approve the Proposed Plan of Arrangement

TORONTO -- GreenFirst Forest Products Inc. (TSX: GFP) (“GreenFirst” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce, further to the press release dated September 19, 2024, that on October 1, 2024, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice granted its final order to approve the proposed plan of arrangement that will result in the distribution of the outstanding shares of Kap Corporation to the GreenFirst shareholders on the basis of one common share of Kap Corporation for each one hundred common shares of GreenFirst held (the “Spin-out”).
