MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said on Tuesday that upholding the 2016 Arbitral Award was a prime example of defending the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Seas (Unclos). “We adhered to Unclos’ dispute resolu
