Strictly Come Dancing's Janette Manrara has sent fans wild after she shared her excitement news with her husband Aljaz Skorjanec.
Beloved ballroom dancer Aljaz made a triumphant return to the BBC ballroom in the 2024 season after a two-year hiatus, partnering with ex-Love Island star Tasha Ghouri as they soared through to the grand final.
On Saturday night (December 14), Tasha and Aljaz were joint leaders on the leaderboard alongside JB Gill and Lauren Oakley, after all four finalists performed three dances each.
Despite their near-perfect score of 119 out of a possible 120, they were pipped to the post by comedian Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell who lifted the Glitterball trophy due at the end of the show.
Meanwhile, Janette had a busy Strictly season as she returned as the co-host of the spin-off show It Takes Two. The couple are now back with their one year old daughter Lyra Rose, and while they're excited about spending quality family time, they're also planning something exciting for the new year.
On Thursday (December 19), the 41-year-old Cuban-American dancer took to Instagram to share huge news with their loyal legion of fans online, reports Kent Live.
Alongside a trio of snaps of the pair on the American spin-off show Dancing with the Stars, she penned: "Who's excited for next year? ! WE ARE! SO excited to announce that we'll back be joining @donaheys Dancing with the Stars Weekends in 2025!
"These weekends are always so special – a chance to meet so many of you and dance together in the most magical atmosphere! Whether you're a complete beginner or a dance lover, we promise it will be a weekend full of fun, laughter, and great memories."
Adding to the festive cheer, she went on: "Come and join us on the dance floor – you don't want to miss it! Make sure to book your place! Visit @donaheys for details on how to save your spot to join us! We can't wait to meet you all! ".
Following this announcement, her post arrived hot on the heels of Janette Manrara's heartfelt Instagram update where she shared an array of touching photos with her husband and his parents who unexpectedly visited from Slovenia for the final show.
Alongside these snapshots, Manrara shared her overflowing pride: "I have no words to express how IMMENSELY proud I am of @aljazskorjanec this series.
"What a comeback year! You worked incredibly hard, spent time away from home and our little family, pushed through missing Lyra as much as you did, and did it all with class and grace making your wife and daughter and yourself very proud.
"You were AMAZING last night and every single week. I am so very happy for you, as are your family, friends and team. Now.... Let's go home and cuddle. I've missed you, and I love you."
