Yellowstone official trailer
Ahead of Yellowstone's eagerly anticipated finale, star Kelly Reilly has revealed heartfelt reflections on her portrayal of Beth Dutton.
The esteemed British actress, who's been embodying Beth since the Paramount Network series premiered in 2018, has opened up about coping with "deep grief" during the show's inception.
Revealing personal struggles, Kelly described a touching aspect of her journey while portraying the character in Taylor Sheridan's acclaimed series, currently unravelling its last episodes.
In an intimate conversation on Drew Barrymore's CBS chat show, Kelly spoke of how the "powerful" Beth had served as a haven for her, reports the Mirror US.
Drew queried: "Do you bring your personal experiences to - not only the character - but how you emote in a scene?"

Kelly responded: "I had gone through - just before we started filming and the year before I got that job - I had gone through some things in my own personal life."
She divulged further: "I was in a deep grief and I hadn't figured out who I was beyond that and I was in a fog at that moment.
"And then this character lands in my lap and I was like, 'What am I going to do with this? ' She became this kind of life raft for me."
Pondering on how stepping into Beth's shoes aided her grip on her own sorrow, Kelly remarked: "So I got to hide in her for a minute while I came back to life and I found my own strength and my own happiness again.
"And I miss her when I'm not playing her. So when I get her back on and I'm putting the dresses on and the boots and the eyeliner, I'm like, 'Alright let's go.' And I feel it - I feel that power."
The beloved American drama series Yellowstone is counting down its final episodes of season 5, setting the scene to conclude this saga with a definitive end.
This culmination has sparked rampant speculation among viewers regarding the destinies of Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser), the show's favorite duo, along with brothers Kayce Dutton (Luke Grimes) and Jamie Dutton (Wes Bentley).
With the family's leading figure John Dutton now conspicuously absent after star Kevin Costner's unexpected exit, the Dutton siblings have unavoidably moved into the limelight.
The next episode of Yellowstone Season 5 will air on November 24 at 8pm ET on Paramount Network, while the premiere episode will also air on CBS at 10pm that same day. Uk fans can catch up with Yellowstone on Paramount+.
