Emmerdale fans have expressed their frustration after spotting a glaring error in a recent episode of the ITV soap.
In Thursday's (October 31) instalment, Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) invited both Dr Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson) and Ella Forster (Paula Lane) to a Halloween event at the pub, but Liam found it difficult to conceal his feelings for her.
After an awkward confession of love from Liam, which Chas reciprocated with a kiss, he planned to end things with Ella. However, they arrived together at the Woolpack's Halloween party, leaving Chas devastated.
As the romantic tension between Liam, Chas, and Ella escalated, viewers noticed that actor Jonny McPherson was still wearing his ITV lanyard while filming scenes as the village doctor.
One observant viewer wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter: "Obsessed with Dr Liam wearing his ITV-branded lanyard #Emmerdale." Another commented: "great spot", while a third posted: "Ridiculous". A fourth added: "How is this stuff not spotted.", reports Leeds Live.

Despite the ongoing chemistry between them, Chas is determined not to be "the other woman" and insists that Liam must sort things out with Ella first.
Lucy Pargeter, known for her role as Chas in the popular series, shared her insights with Digital Spy on her character's romantic prospects with Liam.
She divulged: "I think she's probably going back to what she knows because of the fear of going forward with somebody new. But it'll be interesting to see if it does go anywhere."

Lucy added, "I think Liam and Chas make an interesting couple. When Paddy was with Chas, a lot of people said that they weren't a good match. I think Liam's quite different to Chas but I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. They could be a good match."
Emmerdale airs weeknights on ITV1 at 7.30pm and available to stream from 7am on ITVX
