Noah Huntley, the former Emmerdale heartthrob, is almost unrecognisable 27 years after his role as the dashing Luke McAllister on the ITV soap. The actor, now 47, has made a name for himself in Hollywood since leaving the soap, landing several significant film roles.
He first appeared on our screens as the young Luke in 1993, causing quite a stir when he feuded with the Dingles after his bride-to-be Tina jilted him at the altar. In a revengeful act, his character was seen kidnapping Tina, resulting in a fatal crash.
Luke met his demise in the subsequent pile-up, marking Noah's exit from the beloved ITV soap just two years after his debut. Fast forward over 25 years, and Noah looks remarkably different, sporting a neatly trimmed beard and shorter hair.
His career skyrocketed in Hollywood, securing lead roles in The Chronicles of Narnia and Snow White and the Huntsman. He shared the screen with Cillian Murphy and Naomi Harris in Danny Boyle's 28 Days Later, shortly after leaving the soap world in 2000.
He then joined the cast of Holby City as Will Curtis, featuring in two seasons between 2004 and 2005 before returning to the big screen. In 2012, he wowed audiences in Snow White and the Huntsman, followed by his portrayal of Captain Petrue in Dracula Untold in 2015, reports The Mirror.

Noah Huntley, known for his roles as Elizabeth Hurley's lover in The Royals and Donovan Osborn in the 2020 American drama series Pandora, has also made a name for himself in the modelling world. He has worked with brands such as Paul Smith, Jigsaw, Bloomingdales, and L'Oreal men.
His striking good looks have landed him on the covers of several international magazines, including Vogue, Esquire, and GQ. Currently believed to be single, Noah often shares snippets of his bachelor lifestyle and worldwide adventures on Instagram.

However, Noah isn't the only soap star who has recently shocked fans with a dramatic transformation. Emmerdale's Ryan Hawley, who portrayed Robert Sugden, is barely recognisable these days.
After leaving the ITV soap in 2019 to chase bigger roles, he made a guest appearance in Silent Witness in 2021, but many viewers failed to recognise him.
