Natasha Raskin Sharp husband: What does the Bargain Hunt star's husband do?

Natasha Raskin Sharp is known for her expert knowledge of antiques as she hosts the BBC hit daytime series, Bargain Hunt. The 38-year-old, who specialises in Scottish contemporary art, first appeared on the show a decade ago.

She now shares a baby daughter, Jean, with her husband Joe, whom she met in 2013. The couple came to know each other through their work, as Joe is a TV producer.

Joe has worked on shows including Celebrity Antiques Road Trip, The Great Hotel Escape, The Big Painting Challenge and the regular Antiques Road Trip series. According to his IMDb page, he also worked as a director on the same shows.

His credits date back to 2011, when he started as a self-shooting producer/director on Channel 4's Make do and Mend. He has also worked as a lighting cameraperson, an edit producer and a series producer.

One of his latest projects was working as an executive producer on the BBC's The Firm, which follows one of Scotland's highest-profile law firms. Joe has also worked on shows for ITV, Channel 5 and BBC Scotland.

His Talent Manager profile reads: "I am an award-winning and Grierson-nominated Executive/Series Producer. I have worked on a wide range and variety of programs, from Factual Entertainment series like Antiques Road Trip (BBC1), Dick and Angel’s Secret France (Channel 4), The Big Painting Challenge (BBC1), and Robot Wars (BBC1), to documentaries such as The Great British Urine Test (C5) and The Firm (BBC Scotland)."

Natasha keeps her relationship with Joe private but has shared some information about their life away from the cameras over the years.

On social media she shared how Joe as a plant-lover and deals with all of the house plants at home, saying: "In our house, my husband takes care of the plants and I take care of the playlists… My weekly music show on @BBCRadioScot starts at 10 pm."

She also shared how the couple enjoy meals out together, saying: "My partner and I are guilty of eating out too much - Glasgow has so many great restaurants, too much of my spare time is spent eating delicious food and not enough time is spent working it off in the gym."

Joe is now a father to baby Jean, with Natasha announcing the arrival of the couple's first child in January 2024, sharing a photo on Instagram.

"What a way to start the year: the last few days have been nothing short of immense," she wrote, before taking some time out of work to spend time with her family.

Jean has been spending plenty of time with Natasha at work, with the Bargain Hunt star posting a photo of herself with Jean, saying: "Getting out of the flat...used to be easier!
