EastEnders fans are speculating that the newly introduced Mitchell brother, Teddy, played by Roland Manookian, is on the brink of a scandalous affair, spelling trouble for his half-brother Billy.
Teddy made his first appearance in Walford this week, arriving with his sons Harry (Elijah Holloway) and Barney (Lewis Bridgeman) in search of their grandfather Stevie (Alan Ford).
Stevie, as viewers will remember, is Billy Mitchell's (Perry Fenwick) estranged father who arrived at the square earlier this year seeking reconciliation. The elder man recently ended up in hospital after being hit by his grandson Will (Freddie Phillips).
In Thursday's episode (June 27), already available on BBC iPlayer, Stevie received a visit from his son Teddy and grandsons Harry and Barney. After seeing Will speaking to Stevie, Teddy was determined to uncover the truth.
He ventured further into Walford to investigate, while his sons Harry and Barney socialised with other residents. Teddy managed to infiltrate Billy's house using a spare key hidden under a plant pot, reports the Daily Star.

Once inside, he began snooping around but was interrupted by a surprised Honey (Emma Barton), fresh from the shower and clad in her dressing gown. She ordered Teddy to leave, which he promptly did.
However, the drama escalated when Billy discovered that Will had been conversing with an unknown man at the Queen Vic. Billy and the rest of the Mitchell family rushed over to find Will engaged in conversation with Teddy.
In an unexpected turn of events, Stevie unveiled that Teddy and Billy are actually siblings on the June 28 episode, which was made available on BBC iPlayer a day earlier.

The disclosure escalated to a family meeting at Phil's house in order to clarify everything with Stevie revealing he had been involved romantically with Teddy's mum years ago.
After some initial misunderstandings, Billy extended an olive branch towards Teddy, ending in a heartwarming moment. However, EastEnders followers voiced their concerns about Teddy possibly moving towards Honey who is already in a relationship.
As one person debated this on an EastEnders forum: "Honey is going to sleep with Teddy? ! " with others chiming in with remarks such as "Does anyone else think..." and "probably. How long has it been since either she or Billy had an affair? Assume they're probably overdue one."
Another fan brought out an advisory remark saying: "And Honey better not cheat on Billy with his own brother, I've only just forgiven her for me getting with Jay ffs."
