Piers Morgan dismember Prince Harry if he was in his family
TalkTV has denied any claims that journalist Piers Morgan has been sacked by media mogul Rupert Murdoch who owns the channel.
Following reports the 58-year-old had been "sacked" by the News Corp boss, TalkTV told Express.co.uk: "No, it is not true that Piers has been sacked by Rupert Murdoch. Piers is still very much working for News Corp."
In a statement shared with us, Piers Morgan explained his decision to move to YouTube, with his last episode of Piers Morgan: Uncensored airing this week.
Piers joined the channel almost two years ago and now has more than two million people subscribed to his YouTube channel.
He explained: “It's clear there's a huge global demand for the content we’re making, but the commitment to a daily show at a fixed schedule, with all the editing and time sensitivities that involved, has been an increasingly unnecessary straitjacket."
He said going fully digital reflects the reality of "where our audience is and where we need to be singularly focused".
Piers continued: "It will make perfect sense to anyone who understands the way modern media – especially TV - is going, and no sense to dinosaurs stuck in their blinkered old ways.
“One thing won’t change though: I’ll keep it uncensored!”
Piers Morgan: Uncensored used to air on TalkTV on weeknights at 8pm for an hour, with the host being joined by a mixture of guests each night.

Scott Taunton, EVP President of Broadcasting, News UK, said: “Piers Morgan Uncensored’s newsmaking interviews and debates are attracting millions of views online.
"It is the right decision for PMU to go digital-first, freeing him from a scheduled show so he can create the right content to grow his already huge global online audience."
TalkTV launched in April 2022, with Piers signing as the station's star talent in an alleged three-year £50 million deal.
Prior to working at TalkTV, Piers hosted Good Morning Britain for several years alongside Susanna Reid who still presents the morning ITV programme.
He used to host Piers Morgan's Life Stories on ITV before Good Morning Britain host Kate Garraway took over.
He's also edited the Daily Mirror, starred as a judge on Britain's Got Talent and hosted Piers Morgan Live on CNN.
