Stacey Dooley gets emotional after seeing a baby's body bag

held back tears during her latest documentary, Stacey Dooley: Inside the Undertakers.

The 36-year-old followed a team of undertakers to experience what their daily work life is like, but one heartbreaking moment proved too much for the presenter.

As she accompanied Undertaker Paul as he picked up some bodies from the hospital to bring to the funeral home, Stacey became uneasy as she watched the process.

In upsetting scenes, Stacey was on the verge of tears after seeing a baby being taken.

"Are you OK Stacey?" She was asked as she struggled to watch the process.

"Yes," she replied, adding: "It's so hard when the bags are so tiny..."

"Yeah, unfortunately, it's one of the things you never really get used to either," the hospital worker explained.

She added: "But we give them all the little care that they deserve as well."

"It's obviously not the most comfortable environment," Stacey stated later as she spoke to the cameras.

She went on: "Because it's not something... we're not often exposed to death. And you know, there's a little Moses basket and they sort of gently place the bag in the basket and I just...

"You just can't help but think about you know, the parents of that baby."

As she got into the car to leave the hospital, she added: "God that was so, so, so difficult."

After meeting the youngster's mother, Danielle, Stacey tearfully stated: "It's your worst nightmare come true. And she's so dignified, so kind and so calm."
