Controversial Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 X-Ray Vision Perk Is In Treyarch's Crosshairs

A controversial ability in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is in the firing line, as Treyarch has confirmed that it's looking at nerfing the Recon three-perk bonus in the game. This perk allows players to see opposing players through walls for a brief period after they respawn and leaves no death skulls after successfully eliminating an enemy, provided they have the Vigilance, Engineer, and Ghost perks equipped.

FaZe's Swagg brought the issue to light on X/Twitter, to which associate director Matt Scronce offered a succinct one-word reply:

Black Ops 6 features a tighter map design in multiplayer that helps to emphasize the new Omni-movement system of this year's Call of Duty game, and with smaller arenas, the Recon-three perk provides a significant advantage to players who take advantage of it.
