The penultimate part of the Cobra Kai saga is coming this holiday season. Netflix's hit Cobra Kai Part 2 of Season 6 arrives November 15, bringing fans one step closer to the final chapter in the original Karate Kid series. These five episodes take us to the prestigious Sekai Taikai karate tournament with the show’s five remaining episodes scheduled to hit Netflix sometime in 2025.
At the end of Part 1, we saw that both Miyagi-Do and the new Cobra Kai qualified for the world championship. Daniel (Ralph Macchio) also discovered that Mr. Miyagi competed in the tournament after finding his bloodied headband. The realization put everything into question about his teachings and what Miyagi-Do was about.
"The first thing that you’re going to notice is we’re not in the Valley anymore. It's a totally different environment. The competitive space is different from previous All Valley tournaments," said co-creator Hayden Schlossberg to Netflix's Tudum. "There's no crowd watching. This is a karate temple that they're going to, where the only people in attendance are black belts or karate masters."
