A photo of Kitana's fan has appeared online, shared by series co-creator Ed Boon on X (formerly Twitter). The image, taken from the upcoming Mortal Kombat 2 movie, shows the Princess of Edenia's fingers gripping her iconic accessory.
"I recently saw an unfinished cut screening of the Mortal Kombat 2 movie," Boon tweeted. "During the screening, I broke into [producer] @Todd_Garner's phone, found this image from the film, and sent it to my phone. I can leak stuff too." Garner responded to Boon's "leak," tweeting, "Damn you @noobde!!! I was wondering what you were doing. You beat me to it."
