Confirming that Baldoni, 40, “absolutely” has plans to countersue Lively, 37, attorney told NBC News’ in a new interview that Baldoni had no intentions of coordinating a smear campaign against the actress despite her allegations otherwise. “One hundred percent no,” Freedman claimed. “Justin Baldoni, from the get-go, said, ‘I don’t want to do anything negative toward her.
