K-Pop group NewJeans have officially been tapped as the global brand ambassadors for the iconic noodle brand Indomie. Hoping to bring a new crowd to the classic noodle brand, the NewJeans endorsement is expected to help the brand resonate with the Gen Z crowd as they become the new face of Indomie.
In over 50 years, Indomie has become available in more than 100 different countries and has been consistently ranked "The Most Chosen Instant Noodle Brand in the World" as well as "The Most Chosen Halal instant Noodle Brand in the World," according to Kantar's Brand Footprint report. For eight consecutive years, Indomie has also become "The Top Three Most Chosen Food Brand in the World." Continuing to expand its global presence, NewJeans offers a fresh new spirit to the classic noodle brand.
Announcing their ambassadorship with the global "Oh My Good! It's Indomie," campaing, the partnership is expected to target younger people around the world. Axton Salim, Director of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP), the manufacturer of Indomie, said in a statement, ""We are delighted to have NewJeans as the Global Brand Ambassador for Indomie.
