A former Yeezy employee has filed a lawsuit against , alleging discrimination and a hostile work environment.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, joined Yeezy as a project manager in October 2022 and worked within the company for several months before he allegedly experienced an “unlawful termination.”
During his employment, Aficionado alleged that West, 47, “would frequently make disparaging remarks about Jewish people” including “the Jews got [ex-wife] [] and my kids.”
When Aficionado claimed he asked for clarification, West allegedly added, “The Jews convinced Kim. She has Jewish masters.”
Kardashian, 44, filed for divorce from West in February 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage. Although the pair share North, 11, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5, The Kardashians star seemingly confirmed in a recent podcast that she was “raising four kids by myself” after their split.
In the lawsuit, Aficionado also recalled a moment when West was wearing a t-shirt with a swastika. The rapper allegedly asked his employee, “Don’t you like my shirt?” Aficionado said he was “intimidated for his job,” so he allegedly replied, “It is definitely unique” so as to not upset his boss.
Elsewhere in the lawsuit, Aficionado recalled work meetings that made him uncomfortable. In November 2022, West allegedly summoned Aficionado to his hotel room at the Beverly Hills Waldorf Astoria.
When Aficionado entered the hotel room, he was “taken aback to realize Ye’s pants unbuttoned and find his then-girlfriend, , standing topless — her hands barely covering her bare breasts.”
“It was immediately obvious to Aficionado that Censori and Ye were very recently having sex,” court documents stated.
When Aficionado said he would wait in the lobby, West allegedly “commanded” him to come in and sit down.
“Fearing that any resistance might trigger Ye’s explosive anger and aggression, Aficionado compiled,” court documents stated.
After Censori, 29, retreated to an adjoining bedroom, West allegedly left Aficionado “in the middle of their conversation” without warning and “dashed” toward the room his girlfriend was in, “closing the door but leaving it only slightly open.”
“Within seconds, Aficionado began hearing loud moaning and clapping, emanating from the room Ye and Censori were having sex in,” the documents read.
Us Weekly has reached out to West’s team for comment on the lawsuit.
West and Censori later got married in December 2022. Despite rumors the pair are headed for a divorce, an insider recently told Us Weekly that the couple are simply “working through” a difficult time.
“Their relationship is definitely rocky,” the source said. “Bianca knew what she was getting herself into when marrying Kanye, but, as months went on, the lifestyle took a toll on her.”
Despite working with West for several months, Aficionado said he did not receive any payment for his work. He has filed 12 complaints against the Grammy winner including discrimination, harassment and retaliation. He is also demanding a jury trial.
