claims estranged husband,, requested she pay him $65,000 a month in spousal support.

The reality star is doubling down on selling her Tennessee home. In legal documents filed by Christina, 41, with the Superior Court of California in Orange County on Thursday, October 10, and obtained exclusively by Us Weekly on Tuesday, October 15, details of an alleged global settlement offer presented by Josh, 44, were revealed.

According to Christina’s filing, Josh presented her with a “good faith settlement offer” that requested “$65,000 per month in spousal support from [Christina] on a 2-year, 9 month marriage,” which Christina’s attorney branded, “hardly good faith” in the “short-term marriage.”

“The court is familiar with offers labeled as ‘Good Faith’ settlement offers which are not in fact made in good faith. The claim by [Josh] that he sent a ..Good [F]aith” settlement offer is not a fair characterization in my opinion, her lawyer wrote in his declaration. “Josh Hall is requesting $65,000 per month in spousal support from [Christina] on a 2 year, 9 month marriage, which is outrageous when he is self-supporting.”

Christina’s legal team also points to a luxury car Josh recently purchased: “[Josh just paid over $70,000 to pay off the lease on [Christina’s separate property Bentley and so he has no need for spousal support from [her],” as stated in her docs. (As Us previously reported, Josh’s Bentley was en route to Tennessee when it was stolen during transport.)

Christina’s legal team alleges that the settlement coincided with Josh’s legal filing to request an immediate order to prevent Christina from selling her Tennessee home.

In his own documents filed October 10, Josh filed a request with the court to block his soon-to-be ex-wife from selling the Tennessee home and claimed on September 25 he “provided Christina with a global settlement offer, which included terms related to the [Tennessee] residence,” which the reality star “rejected” five days later.

A spokesperson for Josh told Us in the late hours of Tuesday, October 15, that Christina’s recent court filing is “riddled with provably false statements.” The rep’s statement read, “Josh never requested $65,000 in support. That’s false.”

The pair’s ongoing divorce, filed by both parties on July 15 according to paperwork obtained by Us, reached a sticking point when Christina listed the Franklin, Nashville house for $4.5 million on October 8. The property, which featured in HGTV’s Christina in the Country and was being used by Josh during the pair’s separation, was shown in an Instagram Reel shared by Christina and the Parks at Home real estate agency.

Christina’s documents claim that the Nashville house was an investment property that she allowed Josh to “access and use … when it was not otherwise being rented,” alleging that Josh lives full-time at his mother’s house in Tennessee and only uses Christina’s house “as a vacation property.”

Josh’s rep also disputed these details. “The Nashville property was never an investment house,” the rep’s statement read. “Christina was in Nashville so much she had to make a public statement about it, calling this their ‘second home.’ Nobody spends so much time at an ‘investment home’ that they must clarify why they’re often there. That makes zero sense.”

The rep’s statement continued: “It’s sad that Christina’s team is so desperate to smear Josh that they can’t even make up logical lies. Josh continues to pray for Christina and hopes to resolve this matter privately.”

A further portion of Christina’s filing detailed a “cost-effective plan” she proposed in an effort to resolve the pair’s legal matters. The plan includes a “full tracing and accounting of all funds of both parties” throughout the entirety of their marriage. The plan is described in the filing as a method to help “show where every dollar came from and who received it.”

The final part of Christina’s filing rejects Josh’s request for the Nashville house to come off the market, claiming that the property’s sale will serve as a “like kind business property” and Christina will not receive any funds as a result.

In the newly-filed documents, Christina is described as “a hard-working entrepreneur who makes her living in several business areas,” including “real estate whereby she acquires, improves and resells real property. She is a reality television personality, an interior designer and real estate investor who acquires, develops and rents those investment properties” and she is selling the home to pursue a new business opportunity.

Josh had claimed in his filing that the listing of the home was done without his “consent” and a “court order.” He noted that while he acknowledged that Christina purchased the house before the pair wed, the home was meant for them to use as a “family” and not a business venture.
