Drawing reference from the archives, this duo of Prospex Speedtimeer mechanical chronographs faithfully iterates Seiko’s Reserved Panda model from 1972. Arriving in Sunrise Blue and Glossy Black colorways, the watches boast a 42mm case size and are clad in stainless steel with a matching multi-row bracelet. The new references are powered by in-house movements, notably Seiko’s very own 8R48 mechanical chronograph caliber with 45 hours of power reserve. Set to release in October, both colorways will retail for £2,320 GBP (approx. $3,038 USD).

Seiko has introduced its new King Seiko KSK 6L collection, featuring three dial colors inspired by nature in Tokyo’s Kameido neighborhood: Garyu-Bai Red, Kameido Blue and Tenjin-Fuji Violet. These dials are crafted in the style of ukiyo-e (Japanese woodblock art), with each showcasing a different textured repeated motif pattern. Inside the 38.6mm-wide watch case beats Seiko’s slimmest automatic movement, the 6L35 caliber, which offers around 45 hours of power reserve. Launching in October, the trio of new King Seiko KSK 6L references each has a price tag of  £2,930 GBP (approx. $3,838 USD).

Touted by the brand as its “most advanced next-generation chronograph to date,” the GPS Solar Speedtimer is also the first model from the Prospex series to equip a GPS-integrated caliber. Deriving its design cues from the 1972 monochrome panda chronograph, the reference is offered in steel with black, white with silver and an all-black variant that’s limited to 1,000 examples. The highlight of this watch is undoubtedly its in-house 5X83 Solar GPS movement, capable of measuring elapsed time through its chronograph feature and can run continuously for up to 6 months when fully charged. Prices go from £1,960 - £2,140 USD (approx. $2,567 - $2,802 USD), the watches will be officially released in November.

All the aforementioned models are currently open for inquiry or pre-order through the Seiko boutique website.
