After dropping her summer bop "NANi" in May, Saweetie has returned to round out the sun-drenched season with a confident new hit, titled "My Best."
'Ride fast, sip slow/ Forty-inch weave, that wind blow/ My body got me on my tiptoes/ You dusty h*** need a lint role/ I be minding my business/ But still be the topic of your conversation," she raps in the first verse, which leads up to the chorus' titular line: "You don't deserve my best."
The unapologetic track arrives alongside a music video, directed by WaterWippinEvan and Saweetie herself, that recounts the chart-topper's growth and evolution. Set at her old high school in Elk Grove, California, the visual sees Saweetie filled with nostalgia while juxtaposing the artist's present-day identity with shots of her as a child.
