Charlie James Gallery presents Vidas, the first exhibition by Erick Medel with the gallery. These works, reflecting scenes from his life, honor the history and present of immigrant experiences in Los Angeles.
"Each work also holds personal significance, stemming from scenes encountered in life and rendered in rich, brushstroke-like stitches that celebrate the history and present of immigrant life and labor in Los Angeles," said the gallery in a statement.
