Liverpool target teases transfer as social media activity hints at Anfield move
Liverpool have reportedly set their sights on Fulham's dynamic left-back Antonee Robinson, who has intriguingly engaged with Reds-related banter on social media.
Following a stellar performance at Anfield in a thrilling 2-2 draw on Saturday afternoon, the British-born American defender caught the eye by keeping Liverpool's Mohamed Salah in check and notching up two assists for his team.
While Fulham boss Marco Silva was almost lost for words over Robinson's standout performance, the player's activity on Instagram spoke volumes. Amidst speculation that he could be eyed as a replacement for Andrew Robertson, who was sent off during the game against Fulham, Robinson liked comments from fans suggesting he should make the switch to Liverpool.
Under his own post celebrating the point earned at Anfield, Robinson liked two comments which read "Anfield suits you" and "Sign for us fella," to send Liverpool supporters into a frenzy online.

It is difficult to express in words. It's not the first time," and acknowledged the defender's readiness and eagerness to learn.
The manager expressed a desire to avoid fuelling speculations, stating, "I don't want to speak too much about him because, in the coming January, it's again going to be the same story about Robinson. I don't want to go in that direction. He's very focused on the way he wants to behave, so let's keep it like that."

GiveMeSport claims Liverpool's continued interest in Robinson, with Manchester City and Manchester United possibly joining the chase.

Additionally, switching sides might raise fan eyebrows since Robinson was nurtured in Everton’s academy, where his bond seemingly runs deep, as evident from his candid reflection on leaving: "Everton were always really honest with me, they just said, 'we've got rid of a few players but we definitely need to keep Bainesy [Leighton Baines]."
"We can't get rid of Jags [Phil Jagielka], the captain, and lose Baines as well. It's getting rid of so much of Everton in the changing room, and he's still such a good player. We've got him, and [Lucas] Digne starts for us, so you have to wait for two injuries to start, so you're not even making the bench at the minute, so we think it's best for you if you just leave."
"It's nothing to do with you, and it's just you need to play'. I am really thankful they were that upfront and honest with me because it gave me the chance to go away and progress elsewhere."
