Melon Music Awards 2024: aespa, IU, (G)I-DLE and more lead nominations

Melon Music Awards has released the complete list of nominations for its 2024 ceremony – see the full list below.

On November 15, the Melon Music Awards (MMA) unveiled its full list of nominees for this year’s ceremony across 12 categories. The 2024 MMA ceremony will be held on November 30 at the Inspire Arena in Incheon, South Korea.

Among the biggest nominees this year are aespa, Day6, (G)I-DLE, IU and TWS, who were all nominated for all three grand prize categories: Artist of the Year, Song of the Year and Album of the Year. These are on top of their nominations for other streaming and artist categories.

The winners for all awards except for the Millions Top 10 award will be determined by 60 per cent download and streaming counts, 20 per cent judge evaluations and 20 per cent fan votes.

Meanwhile, the Millions Top 10 award will be determined by 80 per cent download and streaming numbers and 20 per cent fan votes.
