BBC's Strictly spoiler sparks fan fury at Shirley Ballas as exit results get 'leaked'

Strictly: Anton Du Beke 'disappointed' with Vito Coppola

The serial Strictly Come Dancing leak has struck again just hours before the eagerly awaited week eight results episode.

Each week after the BBC series' star-studded Saturday night show, the spoiler will reveal the identity of the eliminated celebrity contestant.

This time, it comes after nerves were at an all time high as the famous faces and their professionals took to the dance floor in hopes of performing at the iconic Blackpool Tower Ballroom next week.

After the past two themed weeks, the regular routines returned following Sam Quek and Nikita Kuzmin's exit from the competition.

In the latest episode, co-presenters Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman returned to the helm alongside beloved judges Shirley Ballas, Anton Du Beke, Motsi Mabuse and Craig Revel Horwood.

The judges returned to critique Tasha Ghouri and Aljaz Skorjanec's controversial Quickstep to Mariah Carey, Shayne Ward and Nancy Xu's rumba, and Sarah Hadland and Vito Coppola's colourful American Smooth.

They also provided feedback for Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystal's emotional couple's choice, JB Gill and Lauren Oakley's passionate samba, and Jamie Borthwick and Michelle Tsiakkas' steamy Argentine Tango.

Saturday's episode also saw Wynne Evans and Katya Jones take on the American Smooth, while Montell Douglas and Johannes Radebe performed a stong Paso Doble, as Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell closed the show with their couple's choice.

After week eight, Tasha and Aljaz topped the leaderboard with their score of 37, while Shayne and Nancy, Jamie and Michelle landed in joint bottom with 30 points.
