BBC Strictly's Claudia Winkleman explains Movie Week outfit as fans left confused
The glitz and glamour of Strictly Come Dancing's Movie Week special lit up our screens yet again on Saturday night, with presenters Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman wowing with their stunning ensembles.
Tess, 55, shone brightly in a glistening blue jumpsuit while co-host Claudia, 52, turned heads in a striking red lace attire. However, despite viewers loving their outfits for the evening, some fans were confused why they didn't wear a movie inspired ensemble as the pros, celebrities and judges all followed the theme.
Taking to Twitter, now X, one person said: "Does anyone think that Tess and Claudia should have dressed in characters for movie week?#Strictly" while another added: "Why do Tess and Claudia never dress up for movie week? #SCD #Strictly."
However, Claudia appeared to clear up the confusion as she shared a snap with judge Anton Du Beke, who was dressed as Zoolander, ahead of the live show. The presenter penned: "Zoolander and Kris Jenner. Strictly is on at 625 xx."

EastEnders actor Jamie Borthwick and Michelle Tsiakkas were quickstepping to I’m Still Standing by Sir Elton John from the biopic Rocketman while former Arsenal midfielder Paul Merson and Karen Hauer did the cha cha to The Magnificent Seven theme.

As per the Strictly rules, the pair will "receive a bye" through to next week’s show in the hope he has recovered.
It comes as last weekend Olympian Tom Dean and his dance partner Nadiya Bychkova became the first pair to leave the competition.
