ITV has reportedly ceased production on Abbey Clancy's highly-anticipated property series.

The broadcaster has decided to take the show off air after its first series, following "top secret" talks over the summer, according to The Daily Star.

It is believed the model, 38, married to England football legend Peter Crouch, had her show, Abbey Clancy: Celebrity Homes, put on ice after a meeting with ITV executives.

The show saw Abbey take viewers behind the doors of the most stylish celebrity homes, delving into their lives, possessions, and design inspirations.

function loadOvpScript(){let el=document.createElement('script');el.setAttribute('src','https://live.primis.tech/live/liveView.php?s=118222&playerApiId=v118222');document.getElementById('ovp-primis').appendChild(el)} window.top.addEventListener('primisPlayerInit',e=>{try{if(e.detail&&e.detail.playerApiId==="v118222"){if(window.document.getElementsByClassName('jwplayer')[0]){e.detail.float('disable')}}}catch(e){}});window.addEventListener('DOMContentLoaded',()=>{setTimeout(()=>{if(typeof flagTcfLoaded!=='undefined'&&flagTcfLoaded===!0){loadOvpScript() ExpressApp.Log('[Load] OVP flagTcfLoaded',new Date())}else{document.addEventListener("tcfLoaded",()=>{loadOvpScript() ExpressApp.Log('[Load] OVP tcfLoaded',new Date())})}},1500)})

A source told the publication: "The top brass had a meeting about the show and decided not to continue with it. There are no plans for another series."

The show featured some celebrity names, such as Jodie Kidd and Heidi Range, but it reportedly did not have the viewership or buzz that bosses were expecting.

Despite the show "not delivering", ITV is said to be excited to work with Abbey on future projects.

Abbey rose to fame as a contestant on Britain's Next Top Model in 2006, finishing as runner-up. Her success on the show launched her modelling career, leading to high-profile fashion campaigns and magazine covers.

After many years in the spotlight with her husband, Abbey won Strictly Come Dancing in 2013.

She and Peter have welcomed four children: Sophia Ruby, 13; Liberty Rose, eight; Johnny, six; and Jack, who is four.

Now, the pair are keen podcasters as the duo host Therapy Crouch and Abbey heads Exhibit. They dig deep into their relationship every week and discuss their "weekly whines" about each other and other topical conversations of the week.

Abbey recently claimed she was “halfway between a freak and sexless” in a very frank admission during a recent episode of Loose Women.

In a candid discussion about their relationship with the panel, she spoke about the reaction she receives when she "overshares".

Abbey explained: "On the podcast, I'm constantly getting myself in trouble. I'm somewhere in between freak and sexless. It kind of is a bit of therapy in a way because we sit and talk about each other, I found out a lot about Pete when I interviewed him for my other podcast.

"He opened up about a lot of things, he's a typical man and he doesn't usually talk about a lot of things. We don't argue anymore it just goes in the podcast and we get it off our chest.'
