Only Murders In The Building season four has begun and fans are eager to know when the next episode is going to drop. 

Selena Gomez, Steve Martin and Martin Short are reuniting again for some more murder mystery fun in the hit Disney+ and Hulu comedy-drama as Mabel, Charles-Haden and Oliver respectively. 

Subscribers have been waiting for over a year following that cliffhanger which saw Zazzi (played by Jane Lynch) killed with her murderer still at large and the gang yet to discover her body. 

Only Murders In The Building season 4 episode 2 release date

Only Murders In The Building season 4 premiered on Tuesday, August 27, on Disney+ in the UK and Hulu in the US. 

With the first three series, episodes one and two dropped on the initial release date, however, this isn’t the case this time around.

Instead, Only Murders fans are going to have to wait another week before finding out what happens next with season four, episode two coming out on Tuesday, September 3. 

Entitled Gates Of Heaven, the instalment will see Mabel (Selena Gomez) and Oliver (Martin Short) investigate Arconia’s West Tower and get trapped in an “ominous game”. 

As they are trying to figure out their escape, Charles (Steve Martin) is “visited by two individuals from his complex past”. 

With the remainder of the 10-part series, a single episode is going to be dropped onto Disney+ and Hulu every Tuesday.

This means that the fourth outing’s grand finale is going to debut on Tuesday, October 29, wrapping up the latest series’ mysteries. 

As always, there are a number of high profile stars joining the main cast in recurring roles including Eva Longoria, Melissa McCarthy, Eugene Levy, Zack Galifianakis and Molly Shannon. 

Last year, Only Murders starred the likes of Paul Rudd, Meryl Streep and Jesse Williams, just to name a few.
