Adil Ray is allegedly in a "great mood" despite storming off the set of ITV's Good Morning Britain today (August 21). The host was being playfully teased by his co-star, Kate Garraway, as she apologised before he exited the set.

Kate was feeling a bit giddy as she interrupted her colleague and laughed in his face before realising what she had done. But it was too late - Adil fauxed offence as he shot out of his chair and was filmed heading down a corridor behind the scenes in the ITV studio.

However, a body language expert has now analysed the jovial moment as they said Adil "wasn't annoyed" and was actually in a "great mood". Speaking on behalf of Spin Genie, astrologer Inbaal Honigman told Express.co.uk: "Adil's body language around his march off-set reveals that his intent is to amuse, not to argue.

"Right after Kate's little joke, Adil pauses, but his face shows no annoyance. We see no furrowing of his brow, no lowered eyelids, which would have been evident had the comedian found his co-host's comment hurtful. His face remains neutral as he decides what to do next.

"Jumping up from his seat, Adil's movements are swift and decisive but there's nothing to suggest that he's unhappy. His shoulders would have been raised to his ears or his back hunched, if he had felt ganged upon, but we see him march in a jokey way.

"Arms swinging in an exaggerated manner, and even a spring in his step." The expert added: "He's in a great mood!

"We then see Adil turn around to come back, without pausing for thought or analysing the situation.

"One moment he's walking off, and the next, he's heading back. The handbrake turn suggests that the plan has always been to walk back, and this was a wry joke, not an emotional tantrum."

Meanwhile, Kate has found herself dishing out the apologies this week as on Monday she said sorry to Josie Gibson after bumping into her at a festival.

The Good Morning Britain presenter, 57, let her hair down while attending Bestival in Dorset alongside her friends and two children, Darcey, 17, and Billy, 15.

After a few drinks, she bumped into fellow ITV star Josie. Taking to Instagram after the event, Kate playfully apologised to Josie for her tipsy state after indulging in one and a half pints of lager.
