Celebs Go Dating viewers point out 'uncomfortable' moment on star's first date

Celebs Go Dating: Ella asks Luke about marriage

Tuesday night's episode of Celebs Go Dating saw the celebrities go on their first dates with the suitors they picked from the masquerade mixer on the first night.

Gogglebox star Stephen Lustig-Webb met Ben at the mixer and was forced to pick between three men after telling all of them he wanted to go on dates with them.

Eventually he whittled it down to Ben who he wanted to date, despite a 31-year age-gap between the two. The pair headed to a bar to get to know each other better during Tuesday's instalment as they opened up about their coming out stories.

However, fans didn't think their was a spark between the two and thought Stephen looked uncomfortable during the date. Taking to Instagram, one viewer expressed: "No this is uncomfortable, Stephen looks so uncomfortable."

Another social media user pointed out: "Cringed the whole way through this," as someone else agreed by adding: "Cringe date." Yet another fan wrote: "Stephen was definitely out of his comfort zone, bless him," while a fifth added: "This made me cringe last night."

In the first episode, the six celebrities were thrown in at the deep end as they entered a room of singletons and were forced to go up to them and speak to them.

However, the catch was that all the prospective datees were wearing masks, so the celebs were judging them based off of personality and not looks.

After working the room and establishing connections, each person was required to pick one singleton to ask out on a date in front of everyone.

Celebs Go Dating continues tonight at 9pm on E4 and 4OD.
