In a sneak peek from tonight's episode of 22 Kids and Counting, Sue Radford makes a startling family discovery, leaving her clan utterly gobsmacked. Compelled by the surprising twists in her family lineage, the mother-of-22 is inspired to chronicle the Radford legacy.

"Heidi, you are Daisy's auntie," Sue declares, leaving her family bewildered by the revelation. Sally Lindsay, the show's narrator, then notes: "A family tree produces some unusual results."

Yet as the couple heads off to sign copies for expecting fans, anxiety begins to cloud their excitement.

During their discussion about potential attendance, Sue nervously inquires: "How many people do you think will turn up? to which Noel half-joking replies: "Four."

A separate snippet provided to Lancashire Live unveils a lighter side as Sue and Noel discuss their romantic life candidly with ghostwriter Paddy, offering a refreshingly frank look into their relationship.

Questioned about the consistency of their intimacy over time, Paddy probes: "Somebody would like to know 'Is your sex life today just the same as it ever was?'"

The response from Sue is filled with laughter: "We prefer sleep now, don't we," which Noel endorses: "Yeah."
