The Walking Dead: Dead City Season 2 premieres in 2025, with no official release date confirmed. The second season would air on Sky soon after its release on US TV.

The news comes as the first season of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon airs for the first time on Sky and all of its episodes are available to stream on Now TV. The deal forms part of Sky and Now TV's deal to show a number of series in The Walking Dead franchise on its platforms.

Lucy Criddle, Sky director of acquisitions and strategic projects previously said: "The Walking Dead Universe has a huge and ardent UK fanbase and we know audiences on Sky and NOW will be buzzing to see Rick Grimes and Michonne reunited in The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live, as well as being able to dip into the wider universe, enjoying all 11 seasons of the original The Walking Dead series, as well as new spin-offs Daryl Dixon and Dead City."
