Sunday Brunch: Tim and Simon introduce their guests

Sunday Brunch returned for a new episode this morning as hosts Simon Rimmer and Tim Lovejoy were joined in the studio by several celebrity guests.

The duo were accompanied by actors Phil Dunster, Taj Atwal and Tom Hughes, Bridesmaids director Paul Feig and singer Yungblud.

However, Channel 4 viewers at home were unimpressed with the line-up and rushed to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their opinions.

One unhappy person wrote: "Can anyone name the line up? I only recognise the singer #sundaybrunch."

Another X user expressed: "#sundaybrunch This week's international celebrities... Are????"

A fifth unimpressed Channel 4 viewer said: "Oh god, it's worse every week. #SundayBrunch."

While a sixth added: "#SundayBrunch Don't know any of these famous people," with a crying with laughter emoji.

Sunday Brunch has been airing on Channel 4 since it began back in March 2012, following the end of Something For The Weekend on BBC One.

It features the same team from the BBC show which was cut after seven years due to budget issues.

The show lasts for three hours, with Tim interviewing the celebrity guests while Simon cooks up a storm in the kitchen.

Sunday Brunch airs from 9:30am on Channel 4 and 4OD.
