Channel 4's Sunday Brunch was graced with the presence of ex A Place In The Sun's host Scarlette Douglas, who appeared to discuss her latest venture, The Worst House On The Street.

The seasoned presenter, aged 37, engaged in lively banter with hosts Simon Rimmer and Tim Lovejoy about her new show when the conversation naturally veered towards her dynamic with her co-host, who is also her brother and a former professional footballer.

As they delved into their on-screen chemistry, Tim probed: "How's your relationship?" Prompting laughter from the siblings, Stuart admitted: "We love each other extremely well but I do get told off a lot."

Scarlette, not one to shy away from the truth, confirmed: "I do tell him off quite a bit."

In the debut episode of The Worst House On The Street, viewers will see Scarlette and Stuart venture to Croydon, London, to assist Harry and Yimika, a couple of young professionals struggling with the overhaul of their drab terraced home, which is further complicated by the discovery of asbestos, reports the Mirror.

Thankfully, the dynamic duo of Scarlette and Stuart are there to dispense crucial advice, ensuring the renovation stays on course and within budget.

Last year, in a bold move, Scarlette decided to part ways with her role on A Place In The Sun after a seven-year stint, ready to embark on fresh opportunities.

Posting a video on Instagram showcasing some of her best moments on the show, she declared: "Well after seven long years, my final ever episode of A Place in the Sun is out today at 3pm!

"It's been a journey of ups and downs but my goodness have I enjoyed every minute of being in that sunshine and helping amazing couples find their dream homes!"

Sunday Brunch airs each weekend, on Sunday, on Channel 4, from 09:30am.
