A Place In The Sun's Danni Menzies wowed viewers as she navigated a tricky property hunt for a couple on Monday's episode of the Channel 4 favourite.

The couple, armed with a hefty £230,000 budget and a specific wishlist, found the initial options lacking. However, Danni remained optimistic that a three-bedroom abode in Alora in Spain might just win them over, despite admitting she was "pushing the boat out" by exceeding their budget.

Before stepping inside, Debbie couldn't contain her excitement, exclaiming: "This is really, really it. Absolutely love it."

Danni, after detailing the home's features, had to break the news about the price, which exceeded expectations: "Yeah David I've blown the budget here, this property is on the market for just over £282,000. The owner has said they will accept an offer of about, just under £256,500. How's that sounding? ".

David's reaction to the steep price was one of shock: "I'm feeling a bit faint about the budget. But, I really can't wait to get around that corner.", reports the Mirror.

As they explored the property, the couple's enthusiasm grew, with Debbie saying: "Oh, I've already got my furniture in! " and David conceding, "After the previous properties, you've hit the spot I believe."

Taking a moment to themselves to explore more of the home, they told the Channel 4 star how much they loved it all, despite the master bedroom being smaller than initially thought.

Despite it being a bit over their budget, they revealed it was the first place they were shown that was in the running for them to put in an offer.

However, when they went to a four-bed House in Casarabonela, they were blown away. In the end, David and Debbie decided they favoured the fifth and final home they looked at with Danni.

However, they told the Channel 4 star they weren't going to be putting an offer in just yet. Explaining their decisions, they told Danni the plan was to visit again in a few weeks to make sure the area was right for them.
