June was a big month for Amazon Prime Video with the launch of the fourth series of The Boys, which continues to be released weekly. Additionally, the platform dropped I Am: Celine Dion, a documentary following the superstar's battle with a life-changing illness, and My Lady Jane.

However, July promises even more exciting content, including Space Cadet, a film featuring Emma Roberts, and a binge-worthy series titled Those About to Die, boasting a star-studded cast that includes Welsh actors Anthony Hopkins and Iwan Rheon.

The historical drama series, which consists of 10 episodes, will be available on the streaming service from July 19. Those About to Die is set in Rome in 79 A.D., with Anthony taking on the role of Emperor Vespasian, while Game of Thrones actor Iwan portrays Tenax.

In contrast, Emma Roberts' new comedy-drama follows her character Tiffany 'Rex' Simpson, who has always aspired to travel to space. However, life doesn't always go according to plan, reports the Mirror.

Tiffany sets her sights high and cons her way into NASA's highly competitive astronaut training programme with the support of her best friend Nadine. She tries to complete the training and reach space before her true identity is revealed.

Penned and directed by Liz W. Garcia, Space Cadet, launching on July 4, is a comedy about the power of authenticity, pursuing your dreams, and aiming for the stars.

Another film arriving on Amazon this month is Tyler Perry's thriller Divorce in the Black, featuring Meagan Good and Cory Hardrict. Launching on July 11, a synopsis for the movie reads: "Ava, a young bank professional is devastated when her husband Dallas abandons a marriage she is determined to fight for until fate intervenes, revealing Dallas' wicked deeds that have trashed their marriage, and once upon a time sabotaged Ava's destiny to be loved by her true soulmate."

Also debuting in July is an adult-animated comedy straight from the creative brains of Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, and Conrad Vernon. Serving as a follow-up to the audacious 2016 hit Sausage Party, this sequel - dubbed Sausage Party: Foodtopia - sees our favourite food products stirring up another rebellion, this time aiming their antics at the human world.

Separately, the gritty documentary Cirque Du Soleil: Without a Net, from director Dawn Porter, documents the spectacular journey and emotional swings of the most renowned circus troupe, charting its efforts to rebound from perilous times.
