World of Hyatt has announced a new partnership with Peloton, including the provision of equipment at Hyatt properties and the ability for guests to earn points when they complete workouts.
The collaboration will see Peloton bikes installed at more than 800 Hyatt properties the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Austria and Australia, as well as providing Peloton classes on guestroom TVs at nearly 400 hotels.
The group also said that Peloton Row equipment will be offered at selected Hyatt luxury and lifestyle hotels in the US, and added that “the collaboration may bring the Peloton experience to Hyatt hotels in other markets”.
In an interesting move World of Hyatt plans to reward its members with points in return for qualifying Peloton Bike or Peloton Row workouts completed at a participating Hyatt hotel.
Exact details of the initiative have yet to be confirmed – the loyalty programme also said that members will benefit from an extended 60-day free app trial, as well as special offers on Peloton equipment and private World of Hyatt member events.
The move follows Hyatt booking data which the group says “shows travellers are placing a higher emphasis on health and wellbeing amenities when planning their vacations”.
Hyatt is not the first hotel group to team up with Peloton – in 2022 Hilton announced plans to equip “nearly all 5,400 Hilton-branded hotels in the US” with at least Peloton Bike in their fitness centres.

“Being able to maintain a wellness routine while traveling is difficult for everyone. Our goal is to continue to find innovative ways to instill a little motivation so everyone can take some time for themselves, even if they are far from home.”
