Those eagerly awaiting the release of Canon's latest flagship camera could still have a long wait in front of them, as a new rumor indicates that the Canon EOS R1 will not materialize until the second half of 2023. While Canon has been busy developing the other end of its EOS R ecosystem, launching both the Canon EOS R7 and Canon EOS R10 recently, it has yet to fully expand the top of the platform's range with the Canon EOS R1 – set to be the mirrorless flagship and a replacement for the Canon EOS-1D X Mark III.

Following a huge leak of both images and specifications over the weekend, Huawei has now confirmed the nova 10 series will launch on July 4, listing both the nova 10 and nova 10 Pro on JD.com, where we can see official images and colorways. We know that the Huawei nova 10 will be available in silver, purple, green and black colorways and come with either 128GB or 256GB storage. The phone features a curved display and will measure 162.18 x 73.91 x 6.88mm and weigh 168 grams. It’s said to have an OLED display measuring 6.67 inches with FullHD+ 2400 x 1080px resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

The Canadian city of Toronto celebrated its annual Pride 2022 event on 26 June after a two year hiatus courtesy of the Covid-19 pandemic. Thousands of excited attendees marched in the parade and celebrated Pride to honor the local and global LGBTQIA+ communities. Toronto Pride especially is recognized as being a safe space and one of the largest attended and organized gay pride festivals in the world. This year, a strict media policy was advertised in a not-so-safe and slightly daunting way to remind attendees that they are waiving their consent to be filmed and photographed.

On paper, the Canon EOS M6 Mark II is a no-brainer. A clean, compact APS-C camera with svelte lenses, a 32MP image sensor, 4K video and 14fps continuous shooting (with up to 30fps in RAW burst mode). On top of that, the Canon EOS M6 Mark II is the flagship model of the manufacturer's EOS M system… but herein lies the issue.
