As previously reported, it’s believed that Penta El Zero Miedo’s AEW contract will expire sometime next week, making him a free agent. Fightful Select reports that isn’t the case with Rey Fenix, as it’s believed that he has “a lot more time” left on his deal. Fenix’s deal allegedly extends significantly into the next year.
It was reported that the Lucha Bros would leave AEW in the fall of this year and go to WWE. When AEW learned about it, they added injury time to both contracts.
It’s unknown what AEW’s creative plans were for Fenix individually, but Death Triangle were scheduled to win the trios titles at All In.
