– WWE SmackDown GM Nick Aldis announced a huge change for the King of the Ring tournament earlier today via social media. Aldis announced that Bobby Lashley suffered an injury during training and will be unable to compete on tomorrow’s edition of SmackDown.
Bobby Lashley will now be replaced by The Street Profits’ Angelo Dawkins, who will now face Tama Tonga in the opening round of the tournament. The SmackDown side of the tournament will begin on tomorrow’s edition of WWE SmackDown. The show airs live on FOX starting at 8:00 pm EST.
