Verizon Fios is reportedly set to drop AXS TV, the broadcast home of Impact/TNA, at the start of the year. PWInsider reports that several readers have received word that the cable company will no longer carry AXS TV as of January 1st, as the contract between the network and service have come to an end. HDNet Movies, which is a sister network to AXS, is also being removed from the lineup.
This would mean that, unless a new contract is made before then, Verizon Fios customers will not have access to Impact through their cable service. Those viewers would to sign up for TNA+ or Impact Ultimate Insiders on YouTube to be able to watch the show.
