England stars will reportedly share a pot of £14million if they win Euro 2024. The Three Lions begin their campaign against Serbia tonight (Friday) and will hope to go all the way in Germany, ending nearly six decades of hurt.
Gareth Southgate’s side are claimed to have negotiated a £14m prize pot with the Football Association. It will provide extra motivation ahead of the tournament.
The FA will reportedly receive £24m if England win Euro 2024. It has been decided that the squad and staff will be given over half of that amount in bonuses if they lift the Henri Delaunay trophy in Berlin on July 14.
According to the Sun, players including Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham will share a pot of £9.6m. That prize fund will be shared among the players, with the staff to share the rest of the £14m pot.

But manager Southgate will earn more than any of his players if he leads England to glory. The 53-year-old will reportedly be paid a £4m bonus by the FA if England win Euro 2024.
Southgate has transformed the fortunes of the national team, with England reaching at least the quarter-finals in each of his three major tournaments. The Three Lions will hope to go one better than their Euro 2020 campaign, in which they were beaten by Italy in the final at Wembley.
The total £14m prize pot is the biggest on offer in England’s tournament history. It trumps the £13m purse the players fought for at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. They were ultimately beaten by France in the quarter-final.
Captain Kane has raised the pressure on his team-mates, insisting there will be ‘disappointment’ if England do not win the tournament. "If we don't win, we're going to be disappointed," said the Bayern Munich striker.
"As much as you can be unlucky and go out on penalties, we really want to win and start winning as a national team because we have been taking steps towards this moment. It is going to be tough, we know that, but we're ready for the challenge."
