Bukayo Saka hits back at Tottenham crowd as new footage captures perfect response

Bukayo Saka had the perfect response to taunts from the Tottenham crowd on Sunday afternoon, delivering an exquisite cross to help Arsenal open the scoring in the North London Derby. The Gunners went on to claim bragging rights over their fierce rivals with a 3-2 victory.

Saka was among the stars to have the last laugh on the day, having been the subject of chants from the Spurs crowd over the course of 90 minutes. The 22-year-old did respond to the enraged Tottenham supporters early in the first half after assisting the opener, which only added fuel to the fire in the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Chants of ‘You let your country down’ were aimed at Saka when he was composing himself to deliver a corner for Hojbjerg’s unfortunate opener, and they did not fall on deaf ears on the pitch.
